I believe that preparing bone broth is a true Midwifery skill.

For every family I walk with through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I offer warming broths, soups, meals, snacks, teas, and infusions as part of our nurturing care together — especially during the sacred fourth trimester.

This window is a vital time for families to be deeply nourished. Women have the opportunity to heal and optimize their health and vitality for the next 40 years

when they are well cared for, rested, and resourced in the first 40 days after birth or loss.

I also teach mothers, fathers, and caretakers how to empower themselves through medicinal meals made in small batches from organic, animal-based, and nutrient-dense ingredients, prepared from the heart of the hearth and home.
